On-site Support & Assistance

Clients with Simmtronic SPECS3 Lighting Control Systems may require on-site support because:-
  Changes to the system are required – see Changes and Enhancements
  Functionality of lighting control system is not as expected (failed)

For functional issues Simmtronic have an engineer telephone help line during normal work hours (8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday). Before contacting Simmtronic check that functional issue is not caused by:
  Failed lamp, ballast or mains supply issue
  The lighting control system is being incorrectly operated
Ensure information about the system and functionality issue are to hand – see fault reporting sheet

Response times for on-site support, call outs and visit requests are given in the Aftersales Department service levels document. A purchase order is required prior to any Simmtronic engineer on-site support visit, that is not covered by a maintenance agreement.

Maintenance contracts for the system are recommended as many issues can be resolved or proactively managed at the time of the maintenance contracts scheduled service visits.
